The National Employment and Skills Agency, in collaboration with Oracle Academy and Elite Academy, offered a unique Java (Oracle) programming course, welcoming a large number of passionate students eager to develop their skills and build a career in programming.
This course provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and access the job market, focusing on one of the most in-demand programming languages across various industries such as finance, technology, education, healthcare, and the public sector.

Elbasan, 06/10/2021 – Following the extraordinary success of last year’s 2nd Annual Spoonbill Nest Youth Conference for the Future, we are thrilled to announce the 3rd Annual Conference, taking place online once again. Last year, over 550 registrants were treated to 16+ hours of live streaming conversations, insights, and keynote speeches from over 40 local and international experts. This year, we are expanding with more panels in Albanian and a few exciting surprises!
Our theme for this year is “Imagination and Future.” Imagination is one of the greatest tools we have to build a better tomorrow. Imagining a better world is the first step to creating it. Complex problems require creative solutions, and that requires imagination. We envision an Albania with more inclusion, sustainability, and digitization in the future, and we aim to empower the youth of Albania to help create it.
We are looking forward to hearing from current educators and public servants about their visions for the future and how they are encouraging youth engagement. We aim to see more commitments to youth involvement and support for initiatives like Elbasan Digital 2025, the development of a sustainable tourism industry that creates good jobs while preserving Albania’s unique heritage, and the use of technology to promote education and training for future careers.

2-ND ANNUAL SPOONBILLNEST YOUTH CONFERENCE FOR FUTURE RETURNS FOR YOUTH DAY 2020
Elbasan, 06/10/2020 – SpoonbillNest Innovation Center, along with it’s partner, Elite Travel Group, announces the 2nd Annual “Youth Conference for Future” in Elbasan, December 7th – 8th, 2020. This year’s conference will be a hybrid event, with most of the audience, and many of the international speakers, joining virtually via web platforms and a mobile app. This year’s themes include: “Digitalization: Programming/Coding, Digital Marketing, and Information Technology”, “Project and People Management: Communication, Creativity, and Soft Skills”, “Sustainability: Preserving what we have with Green Energy and Sustainable Tourism”, “Vocational Education and Training VET”, and “Entrepreneurship.” The decision to move the event mostly online was not only a response to the current global public health crisis, but also an opportunity to demonstrate the benefits and growth opportunities digitalization provides, as well as present a more sustainable event for the community.

Spoonbill Nest 2019, Albania’s first youth conference for the future, was held on December 8-th and 9-th in Elbasan. During these two days around 228 participants got to listen to inspiring speeches from international keynote speakers, as well as have panel discussions with local authorities.
The main topics of the speakers were: entrepreneurship, codding, sustainability, digital marketing, lifelong learning, creative inspiration, the new world of work. According to the feedback from the attendees, they were described as amazing, inspiring and most importantly they presented the youth with a new perspective. Many of the youngsters marked that this type of event was much needed for them.
This is the first event ever organize in Albania, where the authorities were invited to commit to the youth future, during 2020, and a committee of youth will follow up and evaluate the promises made on the opening ceremony of SpoonbillNest 2020.
